Perhaps one of the most terrifying villains of all time, and surely one of the most terrifying of the Spiderman villains, Carnage is far from a normal run of the mill law breaker. He was created when a predator alien bonded with a serial killer named Cletus Kasady.

Spiderman has dealt with some pretty vile and evil creatures up till now, but none could compare to Carnage. Carnage was not looking to become famous or gain all the riches, but he wanted a world of chaos; one of lawlessness, freedom for all, no punishment whatsoever.

Because Carnage is half alien, or symbiote, he has some pretty special abilities including superhuman speed and strength, out of this world stamina and agility, and lighting fast reflexes. This makes him one of the toughest Spiderman villains ever.

One of the things that makes this guy even more terrible is that he has an immunity to Spiderman's spider sense. Carnage is the only one of the Spiderman Villains that can catch Spiderman off guard.

Kasady, the most violent of all the Spiderman villains, apparently inherited his traits from his father, who he claims brutally murdered his mother.

Kasidy continued to share his violent nature by letting his doctors know the had killed his own grandmother, then tortured his mother's dog, which in turn caused his mother to want to kill Kasidy, her own son. With an upbringing like that, what do you expect? By his early twenties, Kasady was convicted of more than 11 murders, but had killed even more than that.

Carnage is a combination of insanity, sadistic with pure and deadly abilities. The combination of these things is what makes Carnage a character that Spiderman fans want to keep an eye on.
