Seven Business Names - Ideas For A Name That Lasts A Lifetime

by Linda P. Morton

The right business name ideas help you to get your business name right the first time.

Seven business names ideas that will help you create a name that will last the lifetime of your business include:

Business Names: Idea 1 - Think of as many name options as possible.

Business Names: Idea 2 - Choose a name that reflects your business.

Business Names: Idea 3 - Choose a name that leaves room for expanding into new products and services.

Business Names: Idea 4 - Choose a name that makes a positive impression on your business’ target market.

Business Names: Idea 5 - Assure that name options are available.

Business Names: Idea 6 - Research your target market.

Business Names: Idea 7 - Learn the connotations and hear the sounds of each name.

Business Names: Idea 1 - Think Of As Many Name Options As Possible

You need to start with many business names. Ideas will be eliminated through the process of selecting a final name. So brainstorm and put your subconscious to work. Use a thesaurus and get a list of as many business name ideas as you can. I suggest at least ten.

Business Names: Idea 2 - Select A Name That Matches Your Business

Unless you are fortunate enough for your name to truly represent what your business does, or to be a well-known celebrity within your industry, don’t name your business after yourself.

If your last name is “Small” and you specialize in renting small equipment, then you can use “Small Equipment Rental.” However, if you want to also rent large equipment, it will limit you.

Business Names: Idea 3 - Choose A Name That Leaves Room For Expanding Into New Products And Services

Just because you start your business with a specific product doesn’t mean that you won’t expand into different product lines. Your name should be broad enough to cover your business as it grows.

To exemplify business name ideas two and three, let me tell you what I did. When I started my business in 2000, I named it Sulton Books. Sulton is a blend of my and my husband’s last names. “Sulton” portrayed no message to add to the business name and “Books” limited my business to books.

After the Twin Towers were bombed, the Arabic sound to “Sulton” became a distinct disadvantage. I was smarter with the second name, “Best Books Plus,” because “Best” added a positive connotation. “Books” was still appropriate for my business, and “Plus” enabled me to expand beyond just books.

Business Names: Idea 4 - Choose A Name That Makes A Positive Impression On Your Business’ Target Market

Your target market is an important element in selecting your business’ name. The more you know about the people in your target market, the better you can choose a name that relates well to them.

However, remember that you’re trying to avoid having to rename your business in the future. So don’t link your business name to a target market to the extent that you can’t expand into new markets without changing your business name.

Business Names: Idea 5 - Determine If Any Name Options Are Taken

You need research to assure that none of your business name ideas are already taken.

Go to the United States Patent and Trademark Office site. You can search your business name ideas to determine if any are already trademarked by another business. Delete all business name ideas that are part of a trademark to avoid potential legal expenses and an almost certain judgment that you rename your business.

Business Names: Idea 6 - Conduct Target Market Research

Now, you’ll need to find some representative members of your target market and what they think of when hearing or reading each name. Then ask them which name options that they like best.

And don’t forget to get their reactions to your product. You can get additional business name ideas from their reactions.

Business Names: Idea 7 - Learn The Connotations And Hear The Sounds Of Each Name

A good business name will create a positive image of your business. It also sounds good.

You also need to know the connotation of each word for the culture of your target market. A positive name in one culture can be negative in another.

You don’t want to make the mistake of a major American car company who named a model “Nova”. When they attempted to sell it overseas, they learned that the name there meant “No Go”. Obviously they didn’t sell many there.

Summary

If you follow the advice under each of seven business name ideas, you’ll select a name that will last a lifetime.

Picking Great Keywords

by Kirt Christensen

To all those using Google AdWords to promote their products the concept of keywords is a sacred one. The effectiveness of their keywords in attracting business is often the deciding factor between success and failure.

An unprofitable Adwords campaign can result in a great amount of money thrown away into advertising all because the ads did not attract serious traffic but attracted surfers that were “just looking” and whiling away the hours clicking on the ‘Sponsored Ads”

What these people often do not know is that it is not necessarily luck or careful research that determine whether a keyword will be successful.

Of course taking a look at the database of a search engine will reveal the keywords that attracted the most business in a given time period; but the keywords are going to produce tons of results pages because they are popular. Internet searchers aren’t going to look past 5 or 10 pages. So anything beyond that point is not going to be seen.

Obviously it is necessary that an advertisement be among these first few pages in order to guarantee its success, but what does that have to do with keywords? In order to ensure that an advertisement is among the top of the sponsored links (i.e. listed on those first five to ten pages) the advertiser is going to have to be among the top bidders for that keyword.

Of course that indicates that a higher price will be required for each click on the ads if we want to stay on the first pages and not end up on the other ninety nine.

Now that may not seem to be a great amount, but if you think about it the marketer has to pay that amount for every person who clicks and every click he makes even if no sales are generated. The possibility for loss of advertising monies is great. That is why every ad needs to be functioning as optimally as possible to warrant the expenditures.

If you want your ads to be successful than the keywords need to be successful also.

The best keywords are those that cover a specific topic so that you can eliminate some of the unrelated words (such as “small dog breeds” as opposed to “dog breeds”). At the same time you want to be general enough so that someone might truly enter it in their search engine.

If you are having trouble choosing your keywords for your ads, go and visit some of the terrific tools that Google makes available for the adwords customers. www.adwords.google.com.

Search Engine Marketing: What SEO services do I need

by Terry Stanfield

Are you confused by all the talk about SEO services and how you need to make your website search engine optimized in order to increase the amount of web traffic that your web site gets? It can be confusing at first to know what SEO services are all about and what SEO services you need to implement some search engine marketing into your website and to increase your ranking on the search engine results pages. If you have never worked with a consultant before you’ll find that working with a qualified consultant is the best way to make sure your website is 100% search engine optimized.

SEO services are more than just writing search engine optimized content. An experienced consultant can change your website and increase your web site hits almost over night. SEO services range in price but how can you put a price on success? You should be willing to pay for experience when you’re hiring a consultant because the right services can make your business successful or take an already successful business to the next level. If you don’t know what SEO services you need the best thing to do is to have a consultation with an SEO expert. Show them your website and ask for a written proposal documenting all the services that you need to increase the traffic to your website and to make sure that your site ranks higher in the search engine results pages. Be willing to pay the SEO consultant for the consultation but many will offer new clients a free consultation so you might not need to pay anything. Once you have a better idea of what services you need you can plan a budget for the project of overhauling your website and making it more search engine optimized.

Not sure that you need any SEO services? Well search engine optimization and search engine marketing are more than just buzzwords. These days the Internet is overflowing with millions of websites and blogs. The only way to make sure that your site gets noticed and gets traffic is to use search engine optimization and search engine marketing. If the cost of SEO services or hiring an SEO consultant seems high think of the cost in terms of advertising. Every business needs to advertise. Would you rather spend your advertising budget on proven SEO methods that are almost sure to drive more traffic to your site and to reach your target market or would your rather spend your advertising budget on an a blanket internet ad campaign that might not bring in any web traffic at all? Spending the money to hire an experienced SEO consultant to provide SEO services is well worth the cost. Your website will only be successful if you are bringing in daily web traffic and getting an SEO overhaul for your web site is the best way to bring in that traffic. When you see your daily website traffic double or even triple after hiring an SEO consultant you’ll be glad you spent the extra money.

What you Still need to know about Search Engine Submission

by Terry Stanfield

In part one we discussed the need to have your site indexed by the major search engines and ordered to be found in the search results. In this article we’re going to discuss three ways to have your site indexed, get into the search engines database that are safe and will not get you banned by the search engines.

Have another website (that is already indexed) link to your site

Once a site is indexed or put into the search engines database, the search engine spiders go out to those pages anywhere for once a month to several times a day. You could get a one way link back to your website from a site that is already indexed the search engines will follow that link back to your site and index it. The challenge care is to put your link on the site that is related to what you do. Ideally, the link back to your site is on a site that is already considered an authority in your field. It is not a good idea for a plumber to swap links with a web designer. Speaking of swapping links, try and stay away from reciprocal linking and buying text link ads, more about that at a later date.

Publish an article or press release that has a link to your site

This practice has several great advantages. One is that a lot of those sites that allow you to publish your articles are free and are indexed constantly because the sites are constantly being updated with new content. Watch your article is submitted to one of the sites it may take up to two weeks to go through their editorial process and the review. When sure article is approved, your site can be indexed within a couple of days.

Sign up for paid search with each of the search engines

This is by far the fastest way to get your site indexed. When you signed up for an Adwords account in Google your website will be indexed immediately. It cost very little to set up an account. You can put in just a couple of keywords that you won a bid on and did very little so that your ad does not show up on the first few pages.

A great strategy for getting your website indexed and building links to your page

I would do a combination of first setting up a paid search account with at least the top three search engines Google, yahoo and MSN. Then I would start writing articles 500 to 600 words and start getting them published on as many publishing websites that you can.

Search engine submissions are very important but if done incorrectly can get you banned from the very search engines are trying to get into.

Postcard Printing: Full Color Postcard Printing

by Jacques Di Salvia

Postcards have proven to be a smart marketing tool when reaching your prospective customer base and assist them in choosing your products and services because of their attractive and vibrant colors. A very cost-effective way to communicate with your customers and keep them informed with relevant information. Although, postcards have been used as a marketing tool for a very long time, and with the advanced printing technology, black and white postcards have been replaced by full color postcards.

Full color postcards make an instant impact in the mind of the customers because of its eye catching and appealing design. In these days, customers are time starved and do not have the time to go through lengthy texts. Postcards offer higher readability than multi-page brochures, booklet, or catalogue and more cost effective. The simple format and the design entice the customer to glance through a postcard in shortest possible time while comprehending the message.

Printing postcards in full color is usually done on an offset press. But as today’s marketers prefer a more personalized approach to their marketing campaigns to make it even more effective, digital printing is slowly gaining edge over offset. Thanks to the dynamic features like “variable data printing,” digital printing techniques can make each postcard personalized and unique.

By seeing your postcard on a monitor during the design stage gives you an actual view of what the original print will look like. By adding metallic or fluorescent colors it will make your postcard more eye-catching.

The choice of stock, substrate on which the final printing will take place, is also a critical parameter for ultimate look and the quality of the postcards. There are many choices available today for stocks like gloss finish, matte finish, pearl finish etc. Depending on the design, you have to select the stock. You can also decide to give some sort of special effect to the printed postcards to emphasize specific area of the text or image by applying UV varnish or special effect varnish.

It is possible to print any number of postcards depending on your requirement and budget. However it is recommended to print larger quantities in offset and small quantities in digital press for cost advantage.

By using full color postcards as part of your marketing campaign, you will definitely be effective in reaching your customer base and in giving information about your products and services without wasting your customer’s time.

Statistics says that majority of the promotional mails go straight to the dustbin without being even opened by the customers. Full color postcards, by virtue of its vibrant colorful design, will ensure to make a long lasting impression in the mind of the customers turning them to your company’s loyal customers and helping your company to achieve their revenue target.

Online Niche Marketing 101

by Davion Wong

It seems that many people all over the way are trying to find means and ways to quit the rat race and make money online. Online niche marketing becomes something that apparently holds some hop for them. But in order to really make it online, you do need to have some knowledge about online niche marketing. After all, the broad markets are for the big boys with tons of advertising power and financial muscle. There are plenty of good reasons why targeting small markets is ideal for the small time marketer.

As a first, it is more probable that you can succeed. You are running a one man show and the market needs to be tight and small enough for you to be able to customize solutions to meet the needs of your potential customers. Also, being in a narrow market basically wipes out competition from the big boys.

The key is to build a strong customer base when employing online niche marketing strategy. You can be personal and need not resort to extreme aggressive and pushy marketing techniques. With a small market, you can add a human touch to your marketing so that they remain loyal to you. The very fact that if you do not have any competition, your customers are going to look to you as their own resource point.

Still, there are some key points to take note of when you do online niche marketing. The first step is to identify the target niche, followed by doing enough research to get a good idea of the lingo the community uses. You need to understand what they want, what are their needs, and what are the top 10 questions or problems they always face. Learn these from forums and you are quite safe.

When it comes to online niche marketing, hanging around in the communities also let you get close to your potential customers. From there, you can narrow down and categorize the market further taking care of sub-niches.

Never downplay customer support and satisfaction. Since your market is small, it does not take long for your bad reputation to be made known to all the users. Such communities are often tightly knitted. One unhappy customer can spread the word to ten others and it is really no good for your business. Take care of after-sales service and do not take it for granted. Plan to receive and act upon feedback or customer enquiries. Provide long term support so that they are not left stranded. On the other hand, if you do well in these, your happy customers will spread the word about you and this is important in online niche marketing.

Any good business will require some form of investments. In this case, you will have to spend some time to create a professional product and sales page, and optimize it properly for high search engine ranking. You also need to make sure that you can build a list in the process. This can take some time but the returns are great.

7 Reasons To Work From Home - Benefits Of A Home Business

by joe cotroneo

There are many benefits to having a home business. Work at home and you get the best of both worlds. You get to work and earn an income while you get to spend more time with your family. But there are more benefits to having a home business. These are the top seven.

Easy Setup: A home business is easy to set up. Many opportunities require a computer and sometimes other equipment such as a telephone, fax machine and copier. You can pretty much find an opportunity that fits any of your needs and allows you to have a home business. Work at home with a set up that can put you to work almost immediately much of the time.

Typically, a computer is the most costly part of most home business opportunities. Work at home requires that you have access to other people so a computer plays a large role in this. You may wish to use the computer that you already own or purchase a new one solely for business purposes. There is no need to go out and lease office space or buy all kinds of fancy new equipment if you plan to make your home your office. This is very convenient especially if you are on a low budget.

Since you won’t have to bother with the overhead of having to start up an office somewhere you can save a lot of money. To put it plainly, working from home is just cheaper. Plus you don’t have to shell out money for commuting back and forth to work every day.

Tax Incentives: To put it simply you will get tax breaks for running your own business from home. Since you will need part of your home for the home office, you can right off the cost associated with that room along with the cost of your equipment.

Create Your Own Schedule: You are your own boss, so all you need to do is answer to yourself. Get up when you want, take breaks when you want, leave early if you want. You call the shots and set your own hours. As you know while all that may sound great, to a degree you will need some discipline otherwise your home business will suffer.

No Limits: With a regular job, you are usually limited in how far you can go in the company and how much you can make. Home business is not like that. You can decide how much you want to make and set your goals. You can go as far as you want and make as much as you want as long as you work to accomplish it.

Spend Time With Your Loved Ones: To me this is the biggest benefit, however all this is relative to how successful your home business is. With that said by the very fact that you are at home you will get to see your children grow up, and you may even get to see your new born’s first step, how wonderful is that? Plus if you want to take a family vacation you call the shot’s, do a little extra work and reap the rewards. As always strike a balance and make sure those little ones do not become a distraction. I hope this article will inspire you to work at home for the best of both worlds

What an SEO writer do:

by Renier van Heerden

SEO which is short for Search Engine Optimization is the use of a key phrase in writing again and again in such a manner that they are in enough times, so that the search engine can easily identify it from a number writings with similar keywords. An Freelance SEO content writer writes the contents of the page in a web in such a manner that it will look very convincing to the search engine. There should no more usage of keywords and also low usage of key words.

A searcher will search in the search engines with keywords or key phrase of the matter they want to know. Search engines usually will rank the links according the keywords in which they contain. So in order to get top of the search engine results, the web pages have the most appropriate text and key words. Here is the importance of the job of an SEO writer, which is to write the contents that it will appear top in the searches of search engines. The job of an SEO content writer is to write the contents of the page in a manner that is very convincing to the search engine.

What an SEO writer should be:

Broadly speaking the SEO content writer not only has to satisfy the search engine by optimization of key words, but also have to make sense among the readers who read the contents. An SEO content writer should know how to write using the key word again and again without an unnecessary keyword stuffing.

Necessarily an SEO writer needs to be a good writer. Not only that, he should have some technical knowledge of how the source of the web page appears to the search engines. It is not necessary that an SEO writer to be an expert in creating web page, but a fair knowledge of XHTML and knowledge about aspects like rudimentary tags are necessary. Is your Janitorial Service Green?

by Michael Richmond

It seems an amusing dance as businesses of every type now attempt to service an increasingly Green marketplace. We all see companies suddenly boasting of their Green commitment that never considered the Green trend as important. The new Green market now has consumers who are told to buy Green and support Green programs. Therefore, businesses will always respond to any market that can be used to promote their need of revenue. This creates an environment for pretenders as well.

Greenwashing is the overt or subtle pretense that a company or service is Green though it has made only a token effort to earn that reputation. The eagerness to promote and create business can view the Green market as just another opportunity. Therefore, we will find those who make a token effort to be Green that does not actually represent their real intentions.

As the Green economy grows, those in the janitorial business will also want to appeal to the Green business opportunities coming their way. We will find that the first stage is a simplication effort that provides enough justification for their claims to a Green service. This is done by purchasing a line of Green products that now adorn their janitorial carts. Oddly, this seems all that is required to be a Green janitorial service although their workers may be clueless about Green practices.

Regardless of the folly, there are presently janitorial firms who believe that they are a truly Green service because they have purchased Green products. Green does not come in a bottle, and it should be obvious that janitorial firms are taken the easiest path to a somewhat selfish end. Cloaking standard service with Green ornaments is deceptive.

Training and certification brings an independent third party into play that will certify that a firm has met a basic standard of conformity to good practices. Green Clean Institute does not sell products nor operate a janitorial service on the side. It is an educational and independent certifier of reputable Green services.

You can only imagine the impression of a potential customer evaluating bids and quotes noting that all claim to be Green, but only one is Green Clean Institute Certified. There is a lot of pressure these days to decide to go with a validated Green service even the they may not be the lowest bidder. In a recent survey, it was found that 84% of companies would choose a Green Clean certified firm over the competition. Yes, it is a marketing opportunity, but it is also a challenge of integrity to be truly Green.

We are in an age when janitorial services are not just the duty of sweeping floors and emptying the trash. The level of performance has raised, and your workers need to be part of the solution. There are over 1,00,000 janitorial workers in the United States, and this has huge implication at every level of our business world. If we treat them as mop and bucket people, you will never have a Green service. Train and certify your workers to provide the best of Green cleaning in a world asking for just that!

Small Business Internet Marketing Strategies…

by Kenneth Doyle

Internet Marketing is a now a must do marketing activity for any small business wanting to prosper in the so called Information age. However, with this being said, marketing your small business on the Internet does not need to be expensive, nor does it need to be complicated.

Opportunities to market your small business are many and varied, just like in the real world.

Small business Internet marketing can be a very cost-effective way of promoting your bricks and mortar business locally and/ or to the world. All that one does is choose from the wide variety of marketing options available, and then consistently apply them to get measurable results.

So, what are these strategies and how does one apply them?

For the average small business there are only THREE approaches to Internet marketing that one needs to consider, being…

1. PPC marketing (Pay per click marketing, e.g. Google Adwords), and… 2. Information link marketing (linked via content on a specific topic), and… 3. Educational search marketing (all involving original content that educates).

So, with these different approaches, what are the pros and cons?

1. PPC SEARCH MARKETING:

Paid search marketing works a little like the marketing you (as a bricks and mortar business owner) already know. It’s paid advertising. You pay for placement of your ad, and it’s placed before potential prospects who then find your PPC advertisement while searching the Internet for solutions to a problem. Who sees your PPC advertisement is determined by the keywords and keyphrases YOU chose for your individual PPC campaigns, and the effectiveness of your PPC ad.

The PROS: If correctly targeted, you get prospects looking at what you want to sell and/ or promote quickly.

The CONS: A) Specialist skills required. And, you can lose a lot of money, fast! B) PPC specialists are not cheap. C) You continually need to run your ads. D) Can be very costly (especially for commercial keyterms). You only get to play as long as you continue to pay.

2. CONTEXT within CONTEXT LINK MARKETING:

This approach uses other people’s web site content as the platform for your advertising. The links are embedded inside the content on their web pages. This content is usually keyword focused. For example, let’s say that you sell wood heaters. When you engage in in-context link marketing your hyperlinks are placed within content on specific web site articles and/ or web pages about wood heaters.

The PROS: Information is the currency of the Internet. When you use these embedded hyperlinked, and within context ads correctly they can be a very effective advertising medium for small business. The clickthroughs may be lower than the PPC model, but the quality of visitor is usually much higher.

The CONS: A) You have little to no control over what web sites your links are placed on, which means that links can be placed within content that doesn’t quite fit sometimes. B) Best results are achieved by driving prospects to especially designed landing pages. Skill is required to set up these sales funnel paths. C) The demand for good, profitable commercial keyterms always exceeds supply, thus pushing up the price for the good terms.

3. NATURAL SEARCH MARKETING:

Natural search is where people go to the Internet, type a keyterm into a search engine, and the search engine returns a list of the most appropriate web page on the web with has that keyphrase in it. When done correctly this marketing method has significant benefits for small business marketing their bricks and mortar businesses on the web.

Note: SEO is a term used to describe the optimization of web pages. Search marketing is different (though related). Search marketing integrates SEO and information search paths to better interface with the web user searching for specific information.

The PROS: With natural search marketing, if your business is the creator of the keyword-focused content, you have a distinct marketing advantage on the web. Long term, these advantages will far out weight both the PPC and In-context marketing strategies, because you are building a web business or traffic portal which belongs to you. Your results with natural search marketing are in direct relationship to your own efforts. And, here’s an interesting twist, small businesses wanting to primarily market themselves locally or regionally have a distinct advantage using this natural search marketing methodology.

The CONS: A) Search marketing strategies take longer to mature than the other methods discussed, however the cost-effectiveness and long-term results are better. C) The commitment must be to the continual addition of fresh content to the keyword-focused, theme-related content systems developed. However, for any business owner who knows their business and loves it this is never an onerous task.

And so, to summarize… There is great divide between those business who understand the web and how to market on it and those who don’t. However, your opportunity to market your own small business on the web is now, while this confusion still exists in the marketplace.

Search Engine Marketing: How Search Engines Rank Web Pages

by Terry Stanfield

Getting your webpage ranked as high as possible on a search engine results page is one of the goals of search engine marketing and using search engine optimization on your website. But do you know how the search engine actually ranks and indexes web pages? Most search engines use a complicated process to index and rank the web pages that the search engine spiders find when they are scanning the web. Using search engine optimization and putting articles written with search engine marketing in mind will get the search engine spiders to your site but once the search engine spiders find your site they have to index your site and then assign your site a ranking within the thousands of other sites that contain information on the same topic that your site has.

Different search engines use different methods to assign a weight or rank to each web page that the search engine’s spiders find so using different methods of search engine marketing and using different percentages of search engine optimization is a good idea. If you do several different types of search engine marketing and utilize more than one kind of search engine optimization tool then it’s more likely that a search engine spider will find your web page and assign it a higher weight or rank.

One of the ways that search engine spiders determine the weight or rank of a particular web page is to index the number of times that a particular word or key phrase appears on a site. The search engine spider will assign a weight or rank to the web page based on how many times that word or key phrase appears within the web page. This is a very common method of assigning rank to web pages that is used by a lot of the most popular search engines so it’s important to use search engine marketing and search engine optimization to make sure that those search engine spiders give your site a high ranking or weight.

Another way that search engine spiders assign a weight or rank to a web page is to take note of where in the web page a particular keyword or key phrase is located. For search engines that use this kind of ranking system just using standard search engine marketing or traditional search engine optimization techniques might not be enough to get your website noticed by the search engine spiders. In order to draw the spiders of search engines that rank web pages based on the location of the keyword or key phrase on the page it’s necessary to use those words to tag your page. Tagging a page is putting that particular keyword or key phrase in the meta tags of your site, using them in the heading or home page of your site and using those words or phrases systematically through the rest of the site. If you think of your website as a tree in order to get the attention of spiders from the search engines that use this type of ranking system you have to have a particular key word or key phrase on every branch of the tree in order to get a higher ranking.

Google AdWords Campaigns: Why the Right Keywords are so Important

by Kirt Christensen

When you searching on the internet for some bit of information what do you do first? Are you able to go right to just the place you need to be, guided there by some force that helped you know where to go?

No way! You, and every other of the more than million searchers around the world, head straight to your favorite search engine to get help. With a few words or phrases, or maybe even a whole sentence that you type in, you have the search engine doing all the work for you. It guides you, as if by magic, to various web pages that will probably have what you need.

The words you typed into the search engine are what are known as keywords, and they are what are going to direct your consumer market to you when you launch an AdWords campaign. It is important that these keywords be as specific as possible without completely alienating the portion of the consumer market which has no idea that your service or product exists.

If you lack the right keywords your adwords campaign will be unsuccessful from the get go. We are talking pay per click, that means you have to pay Google everytiime there is a click on your ad even if you never make a sale on any of those clicks.

Improper keywords mean that the target audience you are seeking will not be directed to your ad and you will not be able to capitalize on the exposure; however, an audience of people with little to no interest in what you have to offer but who searched for that keyword will continue to drive your advertising expenses higher and higher until you have no choice but to throw in the towel and close down your AdWords campaign.

You can go about selecting your proper keywords for your google campaign in several ways. Primarily the marketer should step back and think about the product/service and the market for it. What is the client desiring from this product/service? What needs will it fill? These should be included in the ad. If there is no need the product/service wouldn’t be marketed.

Once the advertiser has accurately identified a number of keywords which will help to direct traffic to their AdWords advertisement they can visit Google’s AdWords site at www.adwords.google.com for assistance in finding synonyms and other related terms to allow them to make their ads as specific as possible and to sit back and enjoy the profits as they come rolling in.
