How Do You Make Money By Writing Articles?

by Anson Hall

You may have spent days or even months to create your website. Now everything looks perfect. And you will need to find some ways to promote it. One of the ways you may consider is to promote it by writing articles. Yes, you can promote your website by writing and submitting articles.

Most probably you will try to create some what is considered informative articles and distribute them. An informative article is an article that its content is related to your niche, and the content is mainly useful or value-added information about the niche. Of course you may choose to write other kind of articles, but the one mentioned here is the most popular.

Distribution is the step after you have written the articles. There are tons of article directories out there and you can submit to them manually. There are some lists of these directories and you can easily find them using the search engines such as Google and Yahoo.

It will take you a lot of time to submit the articles to the directories one by one. Therefore, another way of distribute the articles is to use software to submit them. Usually you can do it a lot quicker with the software than submitting manually. There are also some distribution services you can use.

In the case of manual submission, you will not need to pay any fee unless you hire someone to submit for you. Yet you have to be prepared to pay if you use software or distribution services. However, you can submit the articles to more that 300 directories without a lot of effort if you use the latter. As a result, you may still choose the latter even if you have to pay.

Before you submit your articles, be very sure that you have a good bio box that will allow your readers to click through to your website.

Besides promoting your website, there are some other advantages of article marketing. First of all, you can establish an image of expert in your niche. This is very important because the readers will be very inclined to trust you if they think you are an expert in the field.

Moreover, because you will put the links to your website, this will help to boost the Page Rank of your website. As a matter of fact the Page Rank is an essential factor in determining the ranking of your website in the search engine.

One last thing is that, the articles themselves can help to bring traffic to your site. You need to make the articles as informative as possible. When the web surfers read your articles, they will probably find that very useful. They will be interested to read more or to know more about the topics. They will in turn click on the links and visit your site in order to seek for more information. And as a result you will get more traffic.

Marketing For Realtors

by JD Freedom

Starting a career in Real Estate? Need to Generate leads? Although unexperienced, entering the market with the right tools and knowledge will jump-start your career and take you to the next level.

With over 90% of buyers and sellers, starting the process online, it is no secret that every Realtor have an online marketing strategy to obtain potential clients.

I hope these 4 Tips For Realtors will help lead you in the right direction:

Market Research - for a Realtor this is an easier task - you know your product. However, you must think of a way to distinguish your product from the competition. This industry is very saturated, and if you don’t stand out you are bound to be average, or out of business. So think of your target market, get specific. Realtors now specialize in areas, sub-areas, type of dwelling etc. For example to survive in the Manhattan market, to really stand out you have to brand yourself. If you were really creative you might brand yourself in a certain area (Greenwich Village), and even more you might be a loft specialist. When any Buyer or Seller is thinking of buying or selling in Greenwich Village you want to be one of the first people that comes to mind, especially when dealing with a loft - you are the authority on the subject. So online, you need to come up with key phrases that target this niche, so when a Buyer or Seller (90% of them) is searching online, your website is at the top of the list!

Product Development - It’s imperative to have a product that will direct consumers to your site, then convert that traffic into a lead, and finally a deal. Many Realtors have blogs and personal websites which are or branding themselves and giving them a web presence, but is your name or your company name usually typed into a search engine? Majority of the time, the answer is no. Here’s an example… if I want to buy a loft condo in Greenwich Village unless I already have a Realtor (we are not looking for these people) I would search “Greenwich Village Lofts” or something likeo this. To capture the potential clients we are looking for, we must have that key phrase (our niche) to be a top result in search engines. It is the phrase not your name, or your companies name that will produce results.

Traffic - here comes your marketing skills. As a Realtor you MUST have traffic or you are doomed. Niche marketing is definitely the most effective and efficient tool for Realtors looking to market online. Having niche targeted websites is becoming the future of online marketing for Realtors! Having personal branded websites is important but you also need a website that gets top search engine rankings for Buyers, and another website that gets top search engine ranking for Sellers. For this, you need websites that are Search Engine Optimized (SEO) and tailored to your specific market.

Conversion - this is what truly matters. All of the traffic in the world means nothing unless you can convert. After some Realtors obtain an online lead, they will offer a free Buyer’s or Seller’s eBook as a way to introduce themselves. When you have reached this point, it’s time to do your job as a Real Estate Professional and provide them with your expertise.

I hope you found this article helpful and wish you all the best in your Real Estate Career.

Facebook Friend Adder Weighs In. Smarter than Bill Gates?

by Matthew Loop

Microsoft paid a hefty price tag - two hundred and forty million dollars - for only a 1.6 percent stake in the sizzling-hot online social networking site, Facebook. By that yardstick, Bill Gates’ big guns are reckoning that Facebook’s value is worth fifteen billion bucks altogether.

The online community Facebook is who Microsoft paid the big bucks to - and the deal suddenly gave Facebook an estimated value of around 15 billion bucks! What exactly does Facebook have that Microsoft - reportedly along with other online giants Yahoo! and Google - are so desperate to get a piece of? More importantly, how can you get the same thing for nothing?

To begin with, Facebook represents a huge shift in online thinking and technology to the big corporations - the face of Web 2.0 / Web 3.0 and the semantic web movement - and they’re desperate not to be left behind.

Facebook is adding users at an incredible rate of over two hundred thousand a day to its already large base of fifty million. The website is also a prime example of semantic web development, a function of what’s being called Web 3.0, where the operating system within the website becomes more important than the operating system (such as Windows) that’s used on your computer itself.

There are over five thousand free “applications,” tools like games, quizzes and messaging devices, available on Facebook’s interface. These applications continue to transform Facebook into a sort of virtual amusement park, where users can create elaborate personal profiles or surprise their friends with quirky new forms of interaction. Once people log on, they quickly get hooked, and soon friends and family members are signing up as well.

Facebook isn’t limiting this “Facebook Family” to the USA, but reaching out to people around the world, “internationalizing” the site by bringing users in other countries into their online community. Meaning Facebook’s database and technology are both growing at a breakneck pace, providing an amazing new forum for internet marketers.

No wonder Microsoft opened up their wallet so wide. Facebook just might be the “perfect storm” of marketing opportunity that the super-corporations are searching high and low for - and willing to pay what it takes to be in the mix.

But again, what about those of us who lack Microsoft’s buying power? Believe it or not, you don’t need Bill Gates’ deep pockets to “own” your own little slice of Facebook, or be an active part of the site’s marketing community. Those new and desirable Facebook users are there for you too, and you can access them on your budget.

The secret is to use a Facebook Bot or Facebook Friend Adder. Once such “bot,” called Stealth Friend Bomber, Facebook Edition, can send your marketing message to the masses with tools like Mass Facebook Friend Pokes, Mass Facebook Friend Requests and Mass Facebook Friend Messages. Enabling the smaller marketer to play on the same field as Bill Gates and the other big boys, this Facebook Friend Adder is the must-have Facebook marketing software of 2007. With the new Facebook Bot Stealth Friend Bomber, you’ll add new Facebook friends to your marketing base until you’ve poked everyone on the site with your marketing message.

Unique Fine Jewelry Made with Diamonds

by Ray Walberg

Jewelry is a very special gift that can be used to commemorate a special occasion. If you’ve been with your partner for a long time then you could use jewelry to commemorate this achievement. Jewelry says love, and also shows the significance of such an event. If you’ve seen anniversary rings in the shops then you may be tempted with them, however these aren’t exactly uncommon. Lots of people give anniversary rings, so they’re no where unique enough to celebrate such an occasion. You don’t have to go with a design which has already been made, you can instead create your own custom design.

Be Unique

It might seem as if you have to choose one of these pieces of jewelry off the shelf, however you do have other options. Just by looking in your hometown you should be able to find quite a few great options. There are lots of adverts in most local newspapers for custom designed jewelry. If you’ve been a little confused what this means then perhaps you should think about it. This basically means that the jeweler creates unique designer jewelry to suit a specific person.

A custom jewelry designer will sit down with you to help you find out what sort of design would suit you best. They will be able to assist you in deciding on the perfect design for a pair of earrings, broach, pendant or ring. You should also carefully select the stones that you want to use in your piece of jewelry so that you can get a perfect design.

Another interesting benefit of going to a designer is that they will take the time out to understand exactly what you need. Diamond jewelry is very special and deserves some time being spent on it. If you choose carefully you will be able to select a piece of jewelry that will last a lifetime, something that you can pass down through your family. You may already have heirlooms that you hate, but maybe it will be different this time.

In addition to custom jewelry, don’t forget to take a look at antique rings - engagement, wedding, or anniversary. You don’t have to settle for a mass produced piece of jewelry which everyone else has, actually you can get unique and interesting jewelry if you are a little more picky. Choosing the right jewelry will be able to commemorate this special occasion properly. You should only go to shops which have good reputations, you don’t want to get disappointed.
